YERME Social Dinner at Flagship Restaurant

Located in the heart of the historic city center, Bratislava Flagship Restaurant is one of Europe’s largest restaurants, housed in a beautifully restored 20th-century former cinema and monastery. Known for its grand, atmospheric interior and authentic local cuisine, it offers delegates an unforgettable taste of Slovak heritage.

The menu features traditional specialties like bryndzové halušky (potato dumplings with sheep cheese), rich garlic soups, and locally brewed craft beers, making it the perfect venue to experience authentic regional gastronomy and traditional hospitality.

How to ge there from the congress venue:

Walk (about 10 minutes) to the Botanická záhrada tram stop.
Take tram No. 9 (heading towards Ružinov).
Ride to the Poštová stop (platform B).
From there, walk about 3 minutes straight to Náměstí SNP (SNP Square) to the restaurant.
The total travel time is approximately 20 minutes.

The New Building of the Slovak National Theatre (SND) is one of Bratislava’s most prominent modern landmarks, situated on the picturesque Danube riverbank near the vibrant Eurovea district. Opened in 2007 it serves as the prestigious main stage for the nation's Opera, Ballet, and Drama ensembles. The architectural masterpiece combines cutting-edge theatrical technology with striking public spaces, featuring grand glass interiors, notable contemporary artworks, and a lively outdoor square that connects the city center with the river.

The Welcome drink will take place after the festive Opening and Plenary 1.

How to get there from the congress venue:

Option A:

Walk (about 10 minutes) to the Botanická záhrada tram stop.
Take tram No. 4 (heading towards Zlaté piesky).
Ride to the Šafárikovo námestie.
From there, walk about 5-8 minutes straight to the theatre.
The total travel time is approximately 20–25 minutes.

Option B:

Walk (about 10 minutes) to the Botanická záhrada tram stop.
Take bus No. 29 (heading towards Malá scéna).
Ride to the Malá Scéna.
From there, walk about 5 minutes straight to the theatre.
The total travel time is approximately 20-25 minutes.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bratislava offers a ideal blend of modern comfort and executive convenience, located right next to the Ondrej Nepela Arena with quick access to both Bratislava’s historic Old Town and the international airport.

The buffet-style dinner will take place on the 1st floor, which features state-of-the-art conference facilities and an elegant event space tailored for high-level evening receptions.

Throughout the evening, you will be accompanied by a DJ who will play music for listening and dancing.cing.

A cash bar will be available where you can purchase drinks beyond those provided during the social dinner.

How to get there from the congress venue:

Walk (about 10 minutes) to the Botanická záhrada tram stop.
Take tram No. 4 or 9 (heading towards Zlaté piesky).
Ride to Trnavské mýto.
Go through the underpass to the other side of the intersection to transfer to buses and trolleybuses heading toward the hotel (Zimný štadión stop).
Use bus No. 39, 53, 61, 63 or trolley bus 60 or 64 and get off at the next stop Zimný štadión.
The total travel time is approximately 20–25 minutes.
